Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that any content on iPROSONG infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification that includes the following information:

  • Your full legal name
  • Your email address and contact information
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your electronic or physical signature

We will review all requests and take appropriate action within 24–72 hours.

Content Removal

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification:

  • The infringing content will be removed or disabled
  • The content provider may be notified
  • Repeat infringement may result in permanent content removal

Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification including:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Identification of the removed content
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
  • Your consent to jurisdiction of your local court
  • Your signature

Repeat Infringers

iPROSONG reserves the right to terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
