Biography
Eli Njuchi, whose actual name is Chifuniro Steven Magalasi was born on July 23, 2003. He is a rising star in the music business in Malawi. Growing up on the outskirts of Lilongwe, his path into the world of music started at a young age.
He began experimenting with his musical abilities with school friends at the age of 13. And ultimately creating NJUCHI, a boy band. This early exposure to music established the groundwork for the future success of Eli Njuchi.
In 2020, Eli Njuchi made his mark with the release of his debut collection, “The Book Of Z,” which featured standout songs like “Zitaye,” “Zitheke,” and “Z“. The album garnered widespread acclaim, showcasing his versatility as an artist. And his ability to connect with audiences through his music.
However, Eli Njuchi‘s journey was far from over. In December 2020, he made history with the release of his album titled “The Book Of Eli,” which saw a monumental launch at Robin’s Park in Blantyre. The album solidified his position as a trailblazer in the music industry. This album earned him recognition and accolades from fans and critics alike.
At just 19 years old, Eli Njuchi has already achieved remarkable success in his career. In addition to his musical pursuits, he has received recognition for his work serving as an ambassador for a number of causes. He was named an ambassador for UN Women’s HE FOR SHE campaign and WWE snacks.
